Our Staff Tō Tātou Kaimahi
The Tūaropaki kaimahi range in age from 20-69 years, with an average age of 45. We boast a 50:50 gender split.
We invest in growing our people in order to attract, develop and retain kaimahi. This includes specific industry-based training, including First Aid, Working at Heights, Growsafe, Fire Extinguisher and Manual Handling.
It was a good reminder on safety, and I’ve definitely learnt a few tips on on getting through muddy patches.
