To enable us to act as a beacon of hope and prosperity for our people, Tūaropaki Trust has in place strategies for continued growth and guardianship of our lands.

Strategic Goals Ngā Whāinga

The key parts of our strategy have been shared with Owners through our regular pānui, and include three strategic goals:

Commercial Refocus

A comprehensive review of the Trust’s investment portfolio, a strengthened group structure and the recruitment of independent commercial governance capability.

Future Fit

Developing clear cultural and social targets, strengthened Owner communications and investments in our future leaders/succession.

Sustainability

Benchmarking our current sustainability performance and setting goals to drive our future performance.

Collectively, these strategic goals cover a suite of work programmes that will ensure the Trust adapts to the needs and expectations of our Owners today and into the future.
