Tūaropaki Trust (www.tuaropaki.com) is an Ahu Whenua Trust under the auspices of Te Ture Whenua Māori. There are more than 2,700 Owners, a mix of individuals, Whānau Trusts and Kaitiaki Trusts, all descended from the original Owners. The Trust is a kaitiaki for ancestral taonga and manages complex business interests in the food and energy sectors, with assets valued at approximately $1 billion.

Te tūranga | Your Role
As the Fixed Term Team Co-ordinator – Corporate, People and Risk, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, Chief Executive and governance processes over a four-month period. This role is central to the smooth running of operations, supporting schedules, deadlines and governance activities while the new Corporate, People and Risk team is being established.

Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordinating management and governance calendars, including agendas, paper deadlines, action tracking and Onboard uploads.
• Planning and coordinating executive meetings, conference calls and travel itineraries.
• Preparing and compiling materials for meetings, reports, presentations, events and special projects.
• Maintaining organised paper and electronic filing systems.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
