Material relating to the 2024/45 Trustee Elections has been sent out by mail to Owners.
This includes:
(a) A nomination form;
(b) A position description and ideal person specification; and
(c) A prepaid envelope to send your completed nomination form back in.
The nomination form sets out all of the eligibility requirements, as well as the preferred skills, knowledge and expertise (the Shortlist Terms) needed on the Board at this time.
Completed nomination forms must be received by the Trust Office by 5pm on Wednesday 18th September 2024.

TAKE NOTICE THAT nominations for three (3) Responsible Trustee positions are now open to Owners and Uri of Tūaropaki Trust. Each role is for a five (5) year term.
Information on the criteria, eligibility and process have been sent directly to Owners via post. Completed nomination forms must be received by the Trust Office by 5pm on Wednesday 18th September 2024.
Voting will be conducted by post and online. Voting will open on Friday 15th November 2024 and will close at 12pm, Friday 24th January 2025. The independent Returning Officer is Electionz.com and in due course Owners will receive a voting pack with instructions on how you can vote. The pack will include information on the candidates and their profiles.
The successful trustee candidates will be announced at the annual general meeting to be held on Saturday 1st February 2025.
